Zumba is a high impact aerobics fitness program inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Dance fitness is a low/medium impact aerobics style program inspired by American music, with incorporations of exercises and dance. The target audience for both classes range from ages 5-85. Perfect for children and the elderly.
Fitness boot camp began as a weekly outdoor exercise for Deborah on the campus of Johns Hopkins University. The workout consist of a circuit that targeted every part of the body. One day, Deborah had a vision to use the same circuit she used for herself to help others achieve the healthy fit body they desire. Workout includes, aerobic/calisthenic exercises, jogging, strength training, and cardio.
